Using your Taskora Onboarding Portal

Track your onboarding progress, submit requests, report bugs, and share notes with your Taskora team from one place.

The Taskora Onboarding Portal is your home base during onboarding. Use it to see where your project stands, work through tasks your Taskora team shares with you, track the professional services hours you've used, and send us feature requests, bug reports, or quick notes, all from a single page.

This guide walks you through every part of the portal so you know exactly where to go when you need it.



Signing in


After receiving the invitation email, use the link inside to go to onboarding.gettaskora.com and sign in with your Taskora account login. If you can't sign in, email your Taskora contact or reach us at [email protected].


Tracking your onboarding progress


The project card at the top of the portal shows your project at a glance: your company name, project name, a short description, and an On Track status badge.

Below that, a five-phase progress bar shows exactly where you are in onboarding:

  1. Kickoff: we align on goals, scope, and who does what.

  2. SOP Discovery & Review: we learn your workflows and document them.

  3. Targeted Rollout: we roll Taskora out to a focused group.

  4. Feedback & Refinement: we gather feedback and fine-tune.

  5. Conversion: we complete the rollout and hand off.

Completed phases turn green, your current phase is highlighted, and upcoming phases stay gray. Beneath the tracker, you'll see your assigned Taskora contact. That's the person to reach out to for anything project-related.


Working through your onboarding tasks


Below the project card, you'll see tasks grouped by phase (for example, Feedback & Refinement). Each task shows its title, a comment count, and a status badge like In Progress, so you can see what's active at a glance.

If your Taskora team hasn't shared any tasks yet, you'll see a placeholder message instead. Check back as your project progresses.

Reading a task's comments

Select the arrow beneath a task to expand the comment thread. Each comment shows the author, how long ago it was posted, and the message itself. Comments support Markdown, so you'll see formatted lists, links, and bold text.

Reacting to a comment

Select the + icon beneath a comment to add a reaction. Choose from 👍, ✅, 👀, ❤️, or 🎉 to acknowledge without typing a full reply.

Replying to a task

  1. Expand the task's comment thread.

  2. Select the Add a comment… field at the bottom.

  3. Type your reply. Markdown is supported: use **bold**, - bullets, and [link](url) as needed.

  4. Select Comment to post.

Your Taskora contact sees new comments right away.


Monitoring your professional services hours


The Professional Services Hours card shows how many of your allotted hours your Taskora team has used so far (for example, 4 / 40 hours used). The green progress bar fills as hours are consumed.

Check here anytime to see where you stand. If you're approaching your limit and want to discuss adding more, message your Taskora contact.


Submitting a request


Use Submit a Request for feature requests or changes you'd like to see, anything that isn't a bug.

  1. Scroll to the Need help? section at the bottom of the portal.

  2. Select Submit a Request.

  3. Enter a short Title summarizing what you want.

  4. Add context in the Description field. The more detail, the better.

  5. Set a Priority: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent. Medium is the default.

  6. Select Submit Request.

Your request goes straight to your Taskora contact, who will follow up with next steps.


Reporting a bug


Use Report a Bug when something isn't working the way it should.

  1. In the Need help? section, select Report a Bug.

  2. Enter a brief Title describing the issue.

  3. In the Description field, include steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

  4. Set the Severity: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. Use Critical for anything causing data issues or blocking work entirely.

  5. Select Report Bug.

The more detail you share up front, the faster we can fix it.


Adding a note


Use Add a Note for quick updates, questions, or context you want your Taskora team to see, anything that doesn't need its own request or bug report.

  1. In the Need help? section, select Add a Note.

  2. Type your update in the Note field.

  3. Select Share Note.


Switching between dark and light mode


Select the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the portal to switch between dark and light mode. Your preference sticks for future visits.


Getting additional help


Two options, depending on what you need:

  • Your Taskora contact: the fastest path for anything about your project. You'll find their name on your project card.

  • Support link: select Support in the top-right corner of the portal to reach the Taskora support team for account or portal issues.


Signing out


Select your email address in the top-right corner, then select Sign out.


What's next


Log in regularly during onboarding so you don't miss new tasks or comments from your team. When you have feedback, a question, or something isn't right, use the request, bug, or note buttons. That's the fastest way to reach us.
