This article walks you through installing the Taskora Chrome Extension on your browser. Once installed, the extension connects to your Taskora workspace and lets you capture tasks directly from any web page.
Select your name in the bottom-left corner of Taskora, then select Download extension.
Unzip the downloaded file.
Go to chrome://extensions in Chrome.
Toggle Developer mode on using the switch in the top-right corner.
Select Load unpacked, then navigate to and select the extension’s root folder (taskora-chrome-extension).
Confirm Taskora appears in your Extensions list.
Select the puzzle icon in the Chrome toolbar, then select Pin next to Taskora.
When prompted, grant the requested permissions.
Sign in to Taskora and verify the extension shows Connected.
📝 Note — Updating the extension: To update to a newer version, select Load unpacked again with the new folder. If you see a duplicate or an error, select Remove on the old version first, then load the new folder.
💡 Tip — Troubleshooting: If the extension won’t load, confirm you selected the folder that contains manifest.json. If your IT policy blocks extensions, contact your admin about the enterprise deployment option.
